The story

It began with David, by hand, on WhatsApp.

This did not start as a technology project. It started with David coaching men one at a time, on WhatsApp, and running out of hours in the day.

Long before any of this was a company, David was coaching men personally over WhatsApp. Voice notes, photographs, questions answered at midnight. It worked. It also consumed him, and it could never reach more than a handful of people at once.

2022

The company is founded

D HAYE AI Ltd is incorporated on 19 December 2022 to solve exactly that problem: whether the way David coaches could be carried by a system without losing the thing that makes people listen to him.

2023 to 2025

The long part

Years of building, discarding and rebuilding, with real men on the other end throughout. Getting an AI to answer a health question is easy. Getting it to sound like a man who has actually been in the ring, to remember a torn calf from four months ago, and to know when to say nothing at all, is not.

Everything now runs as one programme. Thousands of real conversations, every one of them used to sharpen it further, before a single company was approached.

You are handing us health information about your most senior people. We have treated that as the hardest part of the product, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.

UK GDPR

The programme is operated under UK GDPR. Health information is treated as special category data and handled accordingly, with a lawful basis recorded for every use of it.

ICO registered

SNUK AI Ltd is the data controller and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC130128. Billing is handled separately by D HAYE AI Ltd, registered under ZC211098.

Private by default

Every document, review and recording belonging to an executive sits in private storage. Nothing is publicly addressable. Access is granted through links that expire, not through open URLs.

Encrypted throughout

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest across every system the programme touches.

Never used for training

Your executives' conversations are never used to train public AI models, never sold, and never shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Card details never touch us

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store a card number.

The employer sees nothing

This is the point most corporate wellbeing gets wrong. You pay for it. You do not get to read it. No manager, no HR function and no board member ever sees an individual's conversations, weight, bloods or check ins. You receive confirmation that someone is engaged, and nothing else.

Deletion on request

An individual can have their personal data deleted on request, with financial records retained only for the period HMRC requires.

Due diligence

A full security and data protection pack is available to your legal and IT teams on request, before anything is signed.

The commercials

Bought by the company, for named executives.

This is a corporate wellbeing and executive performance programme. The company is the customer, it covers named individuals, and it is invoiced properly with VAT shown in full so your finance team can treat it as the ordinary business expense it is.

Pricing is per executive, per month, and confirmed in writing before anything is agreed. We do not publish it, because the right answer depends on how many people you are covering and what you want from it.
